in 2008 there are few companies that are going to be introducind Single cuts into the mainstreem fray.. FMIC isnt one of them, but one of them will have a legitemate continder in the upper quality market

You know how the "Dinky" is called such because the body is 7/8 the size of a standard Strat?

Here's what I propose:

Make a Les-Paul style body that is about 15% thicker and meatier than the original and call it the "Chunky." Seriously.

24 Jumbo Frets (like a Soloist)
Set Maple Neck
Solid Mahogany Body
Ebony Fingerboard
Tune-O-Matic Bridge
Duncans or EMG's as a option
Kill Switch
(no maple top; too bright)
