    Nice Charvel! I like the color and the rosewood board. That's definitely on my "wish I had one" list.

    I'm glad your happy with the warranty service. Fixing their mistakes is the least they should do. Personally, I wouldn't let these problems stop me from buying Jackson guitars because I‘m dedicated to the brand and it‘s legacy. However, others may not be so forgiving. The success of the company is riding on FMIC and their ability to get these problems under control. I’m sure we all want the custom shop to be around for years to come and continue to offer us unique and awesome guitars the way it has for the last few decades.

      Every problem I've had with J/C imports look incredibly minor compared to that. Glad you got it sorted and quickly.

            Hey ADR....What e-mail address at Charvel did you send you letter to? It seems to be the right place to go if I ever have an issue with them
