    Dave Mustaine King V Question

    I have DM 02393 - it's a Mustaine King V. Black, dual hums, 5 way, Jackson Floyd, etc. Does anyone know anything about this serial number designation? I just got off the phone with another big collector who says it's a PCS King V, one of about 75 built, and is the 23rd one built in 1993. True? Anyone know how rare this damn thing is???

    yeah that sounds about right.. I'm just not sure how many were built exactly.. but the 23rd made in '93 is correct.

      I thought all PCS series models had a "PCS xxxx" number? The PCS Dinky does, doesn't it?

        That' definitely a PCS axe even though it's got a DM serial...these are in the 1994 catalog
