Have a good welder make it for you..probably for about $450 in materials
and time. Then buy your favorite backing, and have a glass or acrylic
made for it..$700 tops! For me, i can only think about my Brother in laws
Private Stock PRS going into one of these! Anything less than $8K and
it seems silly to me.

My thoughts exactly on the undercutting idea. The Rondo case looks like a good deal though.

Just one screw hole in thew back to hold it on the wall?

My friend has 2 of these cases, both holding Les Pauls. The single screw is plenty sufficient, provided the screw is placed into a stud.
