RR1/KV2 Neck Profile Questions

I am having a custom guitar built and I love the feel of the necks on my RR1 and KV2X. I am wondering how to give the builder the specs so the heel and profile will be the same on my new guitar. Is there somewhere to look it up? on the jackson guitars website it says " 3rd Fret: .790”, 12th Fret: .850”" I have no idea what the hell that means as far as the shape of the neck is concerned or the heel for that matter. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
