have the all access neck joint...no plate?

Ping hahha i'd prefer a schaller a gotoh or realy german ofr beforea ping just because it has the real logo doesent make it as good, the Gotoh fr is probably much better than the ping....

And i've found the Edge trems to be a little smoother than an ofr or schaller, but the pro's and mgs feel way better than the non prestige ibanez's, heck even some of the x series are quite nice....

Most ibanez's ive played feel dead especially with the necks which can be quite lifeless and square...

But ibanez hardware does oxidise and corrode very easily....

I personally wouldn't buy a bolt-on Jackson either anymore, but that's because I don't like bolt-on guitars at all. There are few if any Ibanez guitars that interest me though.

Yeah I have found this to be true too. So they're kinda being hypocritical when calling other trems cheap.

While most Ibanez's just seem ok to me The ICJ100WZ I own stands above and beyond any other Ibanez's I have owned or tried. Great crafstmanship and it has some real tone. It also has a solid trem (chrome? nickel?) without their powder coating.

But yeah it all comes down to personal preference and its hard to change peoples perceptions it they dont wanna give something else a honest chance.

I've tried those "Edge" trems - So the 580 is shit? At least we don't have to remove the backplate to screw the tremolo arm arm in, twunts! And incidentally, that Edge felt like thin plastic. I thought was gonna snap it!

What I find funny is that I just pulled a trem out of an ibanez that is made by the same company that makes the JT 580. But only Jackson trems are shit. hmmm....

To each their own, I've never had a problem with my Edges, but others may. Maybe I'm not at fussy as some, who knows, and who fucking cares. This thread is like listening to some pre-pubescent fanboys wanking off about how great their doodikie-thingameebob is! My 18th level dwarf is soooooo much better than your tiny cock etc.

Anyway I'm going off trems and drifting more towards hard-tails as they are less gay, as everyone knows that using a twangy-bar is a confession of having a tiny man loving tadger that loves the brown tunnel of love! That holds true for wherever your plank is made!
