Although I wasn't pleased for the subject to come up, I may as well say something now that it was braught up. Yeah, I am from the Dean Guitars forum under the same user name. I didn't change my user name on the forum, infact, I've posted there not to long ago. If you are willing to waste your time checking then go ahead. I even sold another guitar on there shortly after the V situation happened to and the seller had no problems, that was a warlock. I did try to fix things through UPS when the V problem happened and they gave me a waiting time of 2-17 days I beleive. I informed the guy, BillyBadAss I beleive, and we were both waiting for a response. After about 3 days I recieved 2 messages from him. The first one was asking about what was going on with UPS and the second one was a rude comment about how I had ignored his previous message. I do beleive I read the message, but hadn't had the time to message back right away, so I had to wait a day. I told him that it was going to take up to 17 days and he sent another message being cocky too. Sorry, but when I'm doing what I can to help someone I expect atleast a little bit of politness and patience. It's not like I could have done anything about the wait. So yeah, I never heard anything back from UPS so things just kind of went down hill and they became what they are now. It's never stopped me from posting there if I needed to get information or something. The only reason I come on these forums are for a bit of information. I learned alot over at the Dean forum and I go to various sites and collect more and more information. I don't see why I wouldn't be able to post a question or ever picture request without hearing about something long ago at another forum. It's not like I'm asking for everyone here to like me. I come here for the bit of info that I need and that's all, its the fucking internet
Blah, blah, fucking blah. The FACT is, you never took care of a situation that was your responsibilty to take care of. Regardless of how rude or impatient the guy was, it is up to you to follow through, and make it right.
It's not Billy's responsibility to wait on you while you settle a claim. He gets a refund and you get the claim money. That's how it works (officially).
Though I doubt you got anything due to insufficient packaging. Whodathunkit?

Look bro, I'll lay it out for you how a real man lives up to his obligation. I did a deal with a JCF member for an expensive guitar. My expenditure was $2500. When the guitar got here it was busted. I contacted him and he sent a replacement. DONE!!!!!! Had he not had a replacement he would have sent my money back. HE DEALT WITH UPS on HIS end. HE shipped the guitar. It was HIS problem that it broke. NOT MINE.
Do the right thing or nobody here will want to deal with you.

Yes it is. You refund Billy his money, and you make a claim to get your money back. If UPS says it wasn't packed properly, then you lose. I think your just a lazy piece of shit who ripped someone off and can't be bothered to make things right.
By the way, I'm gonna make it my personal mission to get you kicked off the JCF. It won't take much. To be honest, I'm surprised the admins haven't booted you already. Oh, and there's one other thing you should know. If you plan on getting your 100 posts in so that you can use our buy/sell forum, think again. Once you have 100 posts, you STILL have to be approved by the admins to gain access to it, and trust me on this, YOU will NEVER get access.

Well, yeah, I had this kid pegged long ago. Way back on Post #3 I was being civil, because I have this unearned rep for "being mean to noobs" No, I am mean to trolls & dicks like this guy. So, thanks, Zeegs, for being the "meanie"
