+1, you can see the bar's reflection in the black bullseye circle going through the humbucker, so its at about a 45 degree angle to the strings. So somewhat of an optical illusion.
Nontheless, the bar on the Charvel brass vintage trems is angled a bit higher from the face of the body than, say, a Floyd's. It also starts at a higher point than a Floyd. So, yes, it is still higher relative what's more common nowadays. ...But not as high as that optical illusion might make you think.
Kinda looks like a vintage, but with strat-plus style (or graphtech???) saddles.
Not sure.
I'll stick my neck out and say that it's probably not a kahler, or OFR.
