Best Soloist new/used for under $1000

I'm in the market, what is everyone's opinion?

I like the strat-shaped guitars, and I like neck-thru simply because the heel is more comfortable. Number of frets doesn't matter, woods don't matter, ideally pickups would be H-H or H-S.


New/used, doesn't matter. I like my necks on the thinner side, but not Ibanez-thin.

I have that EXACT guitar, got it new for $1200-$1300 (can't remember) and that was a great deal. $1000 is an absolute STEAL assuming nothing is wrong with it. I bought something used from them, online, not too long ago and I recall there is some sort of guarantee even with the used stuff.

CALL THEM!!!! I LOVE mine, it's the guitar I was talking mostly about in my "Jacksons make me a better person" thread.

You may find one cheaper, but I don't think you will in that apparent condition, with the trans-finish. Hard to tell from the photo but it looks exactly like mine, even down to the condition, which being as anal as I am is currently perfect
