  • NOOB Here !

Hello My name is Rob and I'm a Charvel/Jackson addict ! (ohh wait a min, wrong board...)

I have a few guitars and basses from various manufacturers.
My Charvel is a 1988 Model 6 (Thanks to Racer X for the I.D.)

I also have a Jackson reverse headstock 7 string and
a Jackson 5 string bass. The rest of the collection
    includes 3 Gibsons, 1 Kramer, 1 Ibanez, 1 Ovation, 1 Hagstrom,
1 B.C. Rich, and a Fender Squier Bass.

I'm also a Buick V6 fanatic ! and own an 87' Grand National to prove it.

Here are some old vids of me playing the model 6:
This is a 16 year old vid of and old band I played in called No1uKnow (no one you know)This is part of an original song titled "Survival in the Wasteland". T...

Here's another old video of my old band No1uKnow covering Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow song Jealous Lover. Ritchie Blackmore was a big influence on my playing...

There are a bunch of us there that play guitar, but only 2 of us are into Jacksons and Charvels But we're all into GN's !

                  Lemme find some pics...

I plan on personalizing the bass with a GN motif.
I replaced the duncan designed bridge p/u on the
7 string with a JB and that made a world of difference !
I'll eventually put a TB4 in the neck position.

As for the bass, I can't wait to replace the duncan designed p/u's.
I may go active electronics too.

                  Here's the GN:

Now I've gotta work on a sig and avatar...

                        Awesome...
Derry NH, OMG...my parents lived there for a while, before I was born.
I believe my dad worked for JP Hood dairies, or something like that...

As for the GN, I passed one up in favor of my 87 Monte Carlo SS, the GN
I was looking at had too many issues, and the Monte Carlo made more
sense to me, as I already have a lot of Chevy 350 parts and toys...Nice Ride
you have! ( I know, the MCSS came with a hi-po 305, on a stand right now).

Need more pix of the axe collection!

                        Welcome to the JCF!
