Charvel logos information

My model 3 has the logo like this:



and I know they switched to the toothpaste logo in the early 90s:




but where does this come in:



?

I don't think that logo was actually on any guitars. It was probably just used in advertising, I would guess in the early 80's.

White logos with 6 on a side tuners were Made in Japan guitars 86-89
Toothpaste logos 90-?
Black or gold logos with 3 tuners on each side USA Charvel only.

There last batch of import Charvels had the black 3/3 logo. (no "Made in USA" underneath. "The Original Hotrod Guitar" with the logo was for advertising.)

And the script logos went from 89-around 96.

Around 95-96 they were using both script and 6/side logos. Then went back to just the 6/side in 97-ish.
