Really this happens every year we have some people bad mouthing/predicting the doom of JC. I remember when it became apparent FMIC was becoming the parent company of JC, I think the prediction was Fender would run it into the ground within 2 years & then make their own Fender branded "Metal" market guitars.
As Rudy said if it ain't broken then there is no need to fix it.

McD can we get the RR24 & Demmel w/ white/ivoryd binding? As stated the black on ebony just seems pointless.

Thanks, thats all we were looking for. If Phil wants it that way, then fine... its his sig, let him do what he wants with it. I no longer have a problem with the black binding on it.

But a BIG + on RR24 with ivoroid like the original run. I know its a HUGE shot in the dark, but is MOP at all possible? Even for an upcharge? I swear on all my guitars, if it had MOP Id have a down payment on one the next day after it was announced. ONE model with MOP wont kill USA sales, I promise!

Why not get together and place an order for a small batch with your dealer of choice? The black binding looks great on the new ones we're releasing in April, and the RR24 is doing really well so there's no real push to change it at this time. BUT, if you guys want that spec change, we can do a run for you if there are enough to get a small batch together.
