Actually the reason for me liking the JS Rhoads and the KVX10 the most of Ron's collection, is that I own your former Rhoads and a KVX10 as well... so I automatically assume Ron's axes are as great as mine.

Think less of the KVX... yes and no. Yes, my Stars Rhoads's (sp?) are way better in just about every aspect and get lots of playing time. And all the stage time.
No, because for the last 4 years the KVX10 has been my beater guitar, and a damn good one for that. It's still one of my main guitars for rehearsals and for noodling at home, just because I don't worry about it when carrying it in a gigbag, and because there's something about it that makes me creative. Mojo I guess.

Plus I'm a KV man at heart... way before even thinking about getting a Rhoads I was always longing for that ultimate KV, neck-thru, string-thru, standard pointy headstock, you know.
But with the KV2T being so different, the (hopefully only temporary) demise of the JacksonStars custom shop, the KV5 apparently getting fucked out of 2 well-deserved frets, and the neck-thru KVX10 prototype being in the hands of a banned guy with balls on his chin, it seems like my KVX10 will have to carry my dream for quite a while.

My Stars Rhoads's happen to have all the features I want, just with the offset shape. That's close enough for now.
