thats because they didn't unveil anything more than the demmel sig at namm, everything else is being released throughout the year, ask McD. i would probably expect it to be around by summer namm.
It's probably just like the RR5 just a King V. I wouldn't expect binding or a floyd or any of that. This is probably just meant to be an inexpensive neck through player. And since the RR5 is 22 frets(?) that's probably why the KV will be.
I'll just be happy finally being able to afford a KV at all
In the future though I need to remember to not buy guitars while on Nyquil
Im okay with no binding, and 22 frets (actully i think it will look god when the pickups aren't so close to each other) but damm i want a floyd rose!!
I wanted a kng v for so long now!!
Let's just hope it comes with floyd rose, but am sure as hell not gonna hope for black ghost flames =P

But every King V has a Floyd..Just get a KV2.
Personally I don't use Tremolo's for much. So a floyd is a huge hassle for me.
The real kicker besides other strings going out of tune when you make a bend, and not being able to change the tuning of your guitar at band practice or at a show. Is that there is a cavity cut into the guitar to route the entire thing.
I will agree that a floyd is a very comfortable bridge to rest your hand on though..
