Ok here's what I'm thinking for a KV5. What does everyone else think?

• Alder body
• 24 Fret neckthru construction
• Bound fretboard and headstock (white binding)
• Tune-O-Matic/string-thru-body bridge
• Dual humbuckers (Duncan? Jackson? EMG?)
• Black hardware
• Top wing Strat-style jack route
• 1 Volume, 1 Tone, 3 way toggle switch

Woow.... I'd definately buy that.

If it looks like that it's just perfect. I guess they screw it up by making it no-binding, rosewood, gold hardware. Anyway, if it looks like the RR5 they screwed it up.

Some of KV2T guitars just rock with a big brass mahogoney pair. They are monsters dude.

I like the scepter on the KV2t with a mahogony construction and short scale. There is only 1 production scepter in production"SLSMG". And people ar buying them. I love the pointy but these guitars are unique and having 2 in production with a scepter would not be a bad thing. Especialy when you give that option to the young first time Jackson buyer who wants to step up but wants a V for their generation.
Something we have all talked about at length over the years.

I see alot of hopes and dreams around here... but lets face it guys, the KV5 is probably going to be just as lame as the RR5... and we all know how well they sell. Its sad, but its probably the truth... better to expect little and be less disapointed then to expect alot and be devistated.

You do realize the "T" designation means Tune-O-Matic bridge these days, right? Such as the RR1T, DKMGT, JS30DKT, DK2T, KV2T.
