How about this?
Since everybody probably will bitch about the MOTO inlays (that this guitar most likley will have) why not just cut the inlays?
Some metallic finnish would be cool to!
(not my picture, just found it on another KV5 thread on some forum, i just changed the control layout)Last edited by _koppen; 05-11-2008, 01:58 PM.Tell me about it!

If it looks like that it's just perfect. I guess they screw it up by making it no-binding, rosewood, gold hardware. Anyway, if it looks like the RR5 they screwed it up.
I could stand to see it have a different control layout, but the rest of the specs I mocked up would have to be damn close or I'm not touching it. I'd just save a bit more money and buy a KV2 or a used KV Pro.- Adam

A KV5 with a Floyd and 22 frets would be awesome.
We already have five 24 fret variations of the King V:
KV2
KV2T (24 3/4")
KV 25th anniv.
KVX10
JS30KV
I'm eagerly awaiting for a 22 fret, recessed Floyd version.
*It could be like the RR5 and RR5FR.
Only called the KV5T and KV5FR
*Or even better a King V version of the RR24, but with 22 frets, 1hum, and 1 vol. (maybe called the KV22?)
What do you guys think of this? It's easy, simple, and VERY feasible.Last edited by metalchurch79; 08-14-2008, 09:12 PM.'Howling in shadows

Why the floyd? Arent there enough KVs with Floyds? We need a string-thru/neck-thru KV.

I don't wanna play some bolt on king v with licensed trem and duncan desiged pup's
And i dont think the Demmelition V does it for all people. Still need a string thru one to.
KV5FR and KV5T would be great i think. Only 22 frets on the FR though.
Also, last i heard, it's comming at NAMM, but still, dont expect anything!Tell me about it!

KV5FR=22 frets
That way everyone would be happy. Those who want a 24 fret Floyd can get a KV2 or a Demmelition V.
And Jackson hasn't offered a 22 fret KV in a while, (aside from the 25th anniv. Double Rhoads, and that was't a true KV body, it was oversized.)so it's time to bring it back, and what better time than now?
Come one guys what do you think about this one?! I know there's quite a few KV owners out there, so let's hear your thoughts.'Howling in shadows
