A year or 2 ago, somebody set up a jcf page on some site that does interacive maps. Each member logs in & and gets a little marker on the map. The thread is buried deep in the Non-J/C section. I'll see if I can dig it up.

Well, I tried but can't find it. Maybe somebody else will remember the thread title or something. The site's probably not up anymore anyway.

Actually lived in Salinas, and commuted to my Army job at the time.

The winters have been fairly cold here (for our standards) with days getting in the mid 50's and nights getting as low as high 20's. The summers, however, seemed to have warmed up a little. We had a few high 80's low 90's days here and there. The autumn season is the absolute best.
