Any where between 3-4 weeks. But it will get better during the summer as the bike season slows down.
You're kidding me? Sir, we are going to do some business for sure. I've got a custom graphics based finish I've been working on for a bit and once I figure out precisely how I want it to look, I will be in touch.
Wow !! Fantastic looking especially with the Maple/black sharkies...
love the headstock, and the overall blue is just great! Im going to
start taking apart my Ibanez dammit !!

I have always liked the look of a maple board with the haedstock and body matching. That is the main reason I wanted to have the DK2M painted.

Mike, have you ever tried painting a plain body so it looks like quilted maple? And can you paint an ebony board so it looks like maple?
HAHAHHA..... I have painted a body so it looked like curly maple. But have not attempted quilt. That would be a bitch and I would more than likely talk the customer into letting me laminate a top onto his guitar. I don't think I would even touch the ebony scenario as not much likes to stick to it. That is why you will normally see the ebony bound so the finish has more durable adhesion. Ebony is high in oil content. Don't be getting any ideas bro.
