  • Not another identify this Kelly thread!!! pics

Yeah so I got this Kelly for dirt cheap. Floyd sucks on it but it sounds wicked.
    Pictures!!

I was told it was made in the 90's, and something about it was made with the better wood? Before Jackson switched? I don't really know. Just want some info on it. Or maybe it's a mutt. But it had Duncan Designed in it, if that helps.

Hmm by the serial Id say made in India. In late 90s. early 2000's But by the 12th and 24th fret dots it looks like Korea. could be a mut. Pups couldve been swapped out.
    Maybe a KX10?

PS6T would be my guess. Wide dots definitely not good.

Maybe a KE3 where someone stole the neck with sharkies?

Didnt the PS6T have a tone knob? And the OOxxxxx serial just says India to me. As do the farset dots. Could be a transition from the PS6T to the KX10. And got the PS6T neck.

The PS6T had those dots far apart, but it said Performer on the headstock.

Said the Pot to the Kettle

Anyway, wide dots and 00 number means Made In India.
