Well I'm finishing up the year teaching and in my cleanup mode I found at least some of the missing slides. I scanned one today and unfortunately the slide scanner does not interpret my type of film well and skews the color quite a bit. For instance the rust and shadow of the sheet metal and rivets looks like overkill here, they were far more subtle. I'll try to calibrate it and post some more. Here's a bomber design:

It was in mid 80´s that I went to Thorougbread Guitars in Tampa. They had a wall of Jackson guitars with graphics. I was 17 or so and was just blown away.
The only one I am remembering is a splashing melon graphic. I was later told that it was a Dweezil Zappa design. I have never again seen one of those exept Dweezil´s. Does anyone have information on those?
