Looks to me like an SL2. I had one in GMG. Ebony board, no inlays, neck thru, and a licensed Floyd if I remember correctly. I bought it from Musician's Friend at the time. Cool guitar.

Nice guitar! Not quite the color I was expecting, but am pleasantly surprised.

You guys are so lucky! You have some guitar shops that have staff who under price things. Why can't they do that here instead of boosting the price. $100 for a set of tuners you can buy on Musician's Fiend for $50. They don't even have any USA Jacksons(other than one horrifically set up PC1 that no one is allowed to play) here. It's just not fair!

Edit: Sweet guitar by the way!

Awesome story! I always like hearing when GC screws up like that. I heard they did the same thing with a PRS, not knowing exactly what it was. Nice score man!

Even a moron would know that guitar center will match musicians friends
price on new advertised merchandise. You print the ad, take the ad to the Store and they match the price or even beat it.

There aren't Guitar Centers here or I would do that. We have L&M, who are price Nazis that overprice stuff and don't take offers. They can because they know they control the market here.

i never go into GC and just buy something. I google what ever I am looking for and find the best price like this thing http://www.rocktron.com/site/product...boxes/sb3.html
not only did I get it for a hell of a lot cheaper, but I got 3 packs of Boomer Strings to go with it.
