i'm not sure how much money do you want to spend, but a regular used kelly ke3/rhoads rx10d cost about $300 shipped. and if i'm correct, you could get the dx10d for around the same price

You know Mr.Laiho Jr., you could just use the edit button instead of double posting. It is located beside the quote button. Just thought I'd tell you.

I think JWL in the begining of this thread called it a sharkfin Jackson maybe he is talking about an RR model?
Most that don't know much about Jackson guitars call the RR a sharkfin guitar maybe I'm wrong but thats the way I read it.
JWL look at the catalog scans and get a coherent idea of what the models are and use less obtuse launguage to get your point across.
And please JWL you are way too thin skinned..take a pill. or grow a pair.
            Really? well screw Mark Twain.

sorry straycat not gonna go there with ya today, maybe some other time? Basically, I was referring to a dinky style body with sharkfin inlays. If that is too obtuse for you to understand, I apologize. Actually, there are many different models with dinky bodies and sharkfin inlays. A guitar in hand is worth a thousand in a scan. Thanks, Straycat, for your input, though.

OK don't be so defensive JWL.People do make that mistake sometime I just wanted to be clear on that. It wasn't a slam on you personally. You seem to have a way of putting sentences together that are kind of off the wall. Really it can be hard to read your posts and P.M's and figure out what you actually ment to say.
And please don't insult my intelligence with trite comments.
I tried to help and I get trotted on.
I love the dinky bodied guitars and SF inlays too.

Dk2 pre or post fender has alwyas been 24 fret, As has the KingV or the SL3 or the Rhoads being 22 fret. The number of frets on the imports for a sepcific model hasnt changed. The neck on the imports is the same neck of recent years just prior to the fender purchase. The USA stuff has changed neck shape from its inception but not many people complain about that. Go figure. A 2002 DK2 has the same neck as a 2008 and it always had the 24 fret neck. So i dont see a reason to complain. If ya want an import 22 fretter get a model series charvel or a traditional or something similar. If it's got to be a Jackson then look for a SL4 which is 22 fret soloist. Or a Rhoads.
                          Im just sayin.

Like run on sentances, quotes instead of apostrophies, and lack of peroids?

Well, for one thing, what are "peroids"? If you are going to pick on someone for their typing skills, you might want to double check your own. I have broken out my 9th grade English book to practice up on my skills for chatting with you fellas. I do apologize for seeming a bit muddled at times and thin-skinned. I appreciate your input. You are motivating me to become better at my grammar skills. Thanks, Jacksonfreak, for your input! Point taken!

Hey John Lawson, if you have Microsoft word on yo' puter you can always type the post there and it will check for sentence structure etc. It would be quicker than the English book.
