Seller had this up for sale for quite some time, didn't he? I think i've seen it on DBA, QXL and newsgroups during the last couple of months.

It is in 100% perfect shape. Dont how for how long he has had it up for grabs , just noticed it on a newsgroup a few days ago and o bought it. Plays very nice. I have a few other guitars as well , another charvel and my pride a Jackson RR1. And a Epiphone Bullseye LP just for the kicks.. looks sweet though. I will try to have some photos made of the other guitars if anyone is interested.

Thats a Model 5FX. I saw that on the bay, with the same cushion. You did get it off ebay right? Cos I saw a guitar just like there. I know its a good guitar and very clean, but the bidding went up to £180 and the reserve was still not met, and I don't much more cash than about £200 so I didn't bid.

I actually got it of a newsgroup after the ebay auction ended. It is a sweet guitar and plays like a dream. Its a model 5fx you say? Nice to know.

I think some of the 5FX's got the trems routed out. My Model 5A is not routed. The 5FX started life out as a 5A (just one humbucker, one volume), some were sent back to have the neck single coil routed, some even got an added tone control. I'm pretty sure I've seen some with and without the trem recess.
