  • Someone tell me the High/Low $'s on a Soloist?

A friend of mine might do a trade deal, and i told him that i guessed
that a gigged Soloist with slight damage, scratches, but overall a good
neck and a good player would be worth about $750?
A mint soloist with all case candy around $1250.00? Your thoughts?
It's an 81' no serial #... (Ha! Im joking... just seeing if you were paying
    attention?)

    Sounds about right.

I'd have to see the $750 soloist to see how bad it is.

    I'd spend $1250 on a Copperhead soloist. Especially a 1 hum version.

For a USA made, depending on the finish, I'd say $1250 for a mint one was at the low end. And depending on the damage, $750 was a little low...
Popular is not the same as good
Rare is not the same as valuable
Worth is what someone will pay, not what you want to get

I agree. Seems to me Soloists go from like, $900 to $1500 used.

If you want a better gauge you could go on ebay and look for completed listings for the highs/lows.
