I have both, but some times i hold them in my left hand
I know the old saying that the value of an opinion is generally inversely proportional to the strength with which it is held.

I like the reverse headstock better, it looks more metal!

I like em on strat style guitars which is why I have 2 dr3's. With the V shapes not so much but still cool. But I reckon they do look more metal and more aggressive.
I never realised how much I dig reverse headstocks till I saw WASPS Wild Child video, reverse headstocks galore. Exactly the type of place I would expect to see one, or two

The Jackson pointy is the best headstock either way. I think regular looks best on a Kelly so that's how I voted.

I didn't think I liked the Jackson reverse headstock because it's not "inline". But NextInLine's photo looked awesome. I'm not sure I've seen too many of the Jackson reverse headstocks in action. Post more action pics and maybe I'll change my mind!!

I just picked up a KS2 and noticed its less angle on the headstock vs my DR3... And the concepts look even more angled... I never had one side-by-side. Anyone else notice / know the scoop on this??

I've never liked them that much. What is the purpose? Is it just a different look or is there another reason? I'm not sure if I would buy a guitar with one. Maybe if it was awesome in every other way.

The best reverse headstocks are on Les Pauls.

Nope, don't care for the reversed. Looks funny to me.

You mean where the tuners are on the front of the headstock and Gibson logo on the back?

I love reversed headstocks. If I ever get round to ordering a CS Jackson, it'd be a reverse HS KV.

I first got my reverse pointy headstock love from Dimebags ML shaped guitar he played in Moscow '91. I think it was a BC Rich or Hamer... or a Dean body with a Washburn neck or somethin. Either way it looks awesome.
