I'm planning on ordering a JCS guitar through there soon, just wondering if anyone ever dealt with them. Their prices seem nice.

Had great luck with The Music Zoo. Dealt with salesman over the phone. Got great service and the salesman help me hold off and get a better deal when they were discounting Jackson's. Jackson reps were coming in and discounting 10% on the weekend.

I've been there several times, though I've never purchased a guitar from them. A few years back though, they helped me secure a case for my old San Dimas Charvel Star. Back then, hardly anyone was building stars, including Charvel/Jackson (pre-fender). The guys at Music Zoo put me in touch w/ Michael Charvel @ Wayne Guitars, and I was able to get a G&G star case through him. MZ went above and beyond, and they didn't really make a ton of $$ on my purchase. If I am ever again in the market for a new C/J, they'll be the first place I go...
