When did the Jackson guitar generator become only for Platinum members? I swore I was on that not too long ago and it was working....Damn that sucks. That really helped me out buying my CS Warrior, and one of the main things I come to this board for.....

The old generator is still at the top of the forum, under "resources", but it's just the Rhoads body only.

Wasn't it designed and made by one of the members here? I know if I put that many hours into a project like that, I wouldn't want to then just give it away for free.

Yes, AlexL. He also had it on CD for sale.

so paying for the CD or a $20 JCF membership seems a small price to pay if it's helping you realise your expensive dream Custom Shop guitar. Especially considering all the hard work AlexL put into it.
                  Hail yesterday

i am a "platinum member" but i bought the CD version of the generator first - either way you go, it is worth it. alex did an awesome job on it and i was MORE than happy to compensate him for his hours of hard work!!
                      GEAR:

some guitars...WITH STRINGS!!!! most of them have those sticks like on guitar hero....AWESOME!!!!

some amps...they have some glowing bottle like things in them...i think my amps do that modelling thing....COOL, huh?!?!?!

                      and finally....

i have those little plastic "chips" used to hit the strings...WHOA!!!!

Great program. Certainly worth the bucks if you are considering a custom shop build.
