    Hi all,

after too long messing around, I finally made time to join.
I don't know what I'll be able to contribute, but I will when I can.
I've had my red model 4 from new since early 1988, and I'll never let it go.
It's had other friends along the way, including a black DK2 ( which came in horrible, but a J90c and good set-up later was wonderful ) which my brother has now.
Looking forwards to spending some time here, and making a few new friends!
    cheers
    Tim
ps - I know I'm gonna make mistakes till I'm familiar, I just hope they aren't too big, and you lot don't come down on me too hard !

Welcome, Tim! This is a great place, certainly the best option for discussing Jackson and Charvels by far, and as long as you don´t make a ruckus right off the bat (this is a pretty laid-back place) you will be perfectly fine and make plenty of friends in the process!

Most of what you need to know about how the board works is in stickies in respective forums, they are a great place to start.

I also like the J90C... I have one in my PCS Collen, and it´s the only Jackson pickup I haven´t switched out for something else!

    Have fun!
    /David

Welcome! That Charvel/Mockingbird hybrid is so sweet. It reinforces my beliefs that BC Rich's would look way better with pointies.

Welcome. I don't think I'm alone in listing B.C. Rich as my second favorite guitar maker.

BC Rich were great 1993-2002 when MAD were still UK distributers for them. I swore by that brand.. until the speedloader attived.
