OK. I thought about it. What about just sending it to GMW for a refinish. It would probably run you like $250 for Just white... Or you could go custom finish too but I dont know what your tastes are (obviously you don't like your cat's crappy graphic) so white may do it for you and it is a helluva lot cheaper then to sell it for 5 bills and then buy another one.... Just a thought.

Anyway, speaking of animals ****ting on instruments... A few months ago, my friend just bought a new dog, and my friend came over here for the night, and when he returned to his beloved bass, the dog had landed a nice big 'ole hunk of feces right down the side of it. Note that the bass was in its stand! It must have leaned back, and just let it slide down the front of the guitar. The worst part was that it slid down and got stuck on the knobs. So he comes home to a B.C Rich Beast with a big peice of dog beast run down the front and stuck in his knobs... It was sooo funny, hes a HUGE clean freak too so it took him forever to clean the damned thing. He actually stripped off the finish on his knobs and had to buy new ones. To make the story even worse (is it possible??) When he found it the night after it happened, his mom had already gotten rid of the dog, not knowing about his "accident", so he couldnt even kick the dogs ass for it... what a shame

Leave your guitar in the case when not in use simple as that.
Rule two
Don't piss off your cat by not cleaning its litter box.
Rule three
Cats don't like corrosive ammo plus its hard to get off of the cat when your done cleaning your old junky russian WW 2 rifle.

hm....this should be a tacked up tip for the tech forum, but here ya go:

lighter fluid is naptha. you CAN use it on your rhoads. get a soft rag, some naptha, and give it a try.

since you said it was all scuffed up, you may also want to try some fine grit rubbing compound.

one thing that may work is that nature's miracle stuff that you get for pet stains at petco or petsmart. actually, that may be your best bet.

you sound like dross and his cockroaches, relax dude, it will come out.
