  • This is a tough economy... cant sell it ? Trade!

Just got back from meeting my first JCF'r in person today..MickeyC..
I found out something too...Soultone Amps are sumpin' !! Dripping
in tone! Some cool features too... like a 72' Marshall, with modern
effects loops, etc for today's gear. Anyway, Mickey is cool... (he was
glad i wore clothes) And we completed a trade that made both of
us happy... my PC-1 (well "ours", lets say a family PC-1 with my brother
in law) as it goes back and forth from being mine to his every couple of
months.. He got his first taste of a Sustainer, and i got his wicked cool
"Acapulco Gold" 08' Soloist! *yeah that one!!) He has some flexibility now with that
sustainer and feedbacker...and i have a bitchin colored soloist!
So when you cant get your price... TRADE! Thanks Mickey!
Nice to get to hear your great amps today, and shoot the shit...

Heck i cant do any better at pics than his ad...here she is...in all her color changing glory~!

Nice guitar! I just degunked the PC1 neck, conditioned it, and am doing a setup with 10ga strings. The neck looks pristine new again! I'll post pics when I am done...

One thing I can see right off is I don't really care for that dimarzio bridge. I am thinking it needs something a little less hot... I have a set of high wind Lollar imperials, but that might be too PAF for a PC1 hey?

Thanks for the kind words, and it was a pleasure to meet you! BTW - the amp was based on a late '69 50w not a '72, despite the circuit board.
