    Bwfore you scroll down to the pics, here's a short history lesson.

    I've had this Jackson for 6 years when I decided to do this and all that time it has been the guitar that I've played the most. So, recently I just got bored of it, didn't want to play it anymore, so I had to do something. Since I don't have the equipment or a real place to paint this guitar, exept my backyard, I took the easy way out and did a simple, fast and cheap paintjob.

    All the hardware used to be grey but that was just ugly so I painted them black. Then I took a syringe and red housepaint! Here's the result;
    Jackson Bloody Kelly KE3 1 of 1.

    Tell me what you think...

    Looks pretty good, I don't like the drip over the logo, but that's just a personal preference.

      That looks really good to me! I had this same idea with my kelly rip off but in a white base and I wasn't sure where to begin looks real good though. I might have to try that method

          That looks really nice! I personally would have masked the Jackson logo off but it still looks great!

              I agree, I would have masked off the logo. Otherwise, it looks really nice.

                              No, I kinda like the raw feel it has.

                              I'm sorry if I gave the impression that I don't play anymore, just got bored of that particular guitar for a while since it was pretty much the only one to use... So, I did this (below), now I'm not bored to play anymore. Sorry, but she's not for sale, after a almost a decade together... she's my sweetheart.

                              By the way, those lightnings on the black Dean ML are also home made. (but I guess that was obvious)
