How long have you owned it?
I've had it for about two years, almost to the day It's a great sounding guitar, but it's difficult to play standing up. It was originally made for Paul Raymond of UFO who had it converted to a lefty when he got it from Grover. It was funny because he said it has a unique sound to it when the blade switch was in the H/S position. Well yeah, because when they re-wired it, they had did it backwards and it was out of phase. 10 minutes to fix that.
I'm glad you guys like it. I always wanted a H/S/S firebird and I always wanted as fire crackle, but to get both on the same guitar, well, that was just amazing.

I just dug out my 88 or 89 Japanese Model 4 in Fire Crackle from the basement... I haven't had it out in years... (I also dug out some pedal goodies too... )
Still has the JT-6 and the original Jackson pick-ups... I think I had the pots serviced a few years ago.
Needs some TLC but it still plays just fine.
Sorry for the shot... had to host it on another forum...

I'll be sure to post an after shot when I clean all that finger cheese off... the fret board is petty grungy.
I last used to play it late at night or early in the morning after my shifts behind the bar... and wasn't very good about cleaning it...
Und vielen Dank fuer das Willkommen!
(Ich woehnte mal in Deutschland 'ne menge Jahre her...!)
Prost!
