Ouch, that sucks yeah. Hope that will never happen to me.
Mine is black. One of the guitars I will not sell i think. Love it. Best guitar I have played.

i'd like a JCM900 Dual Reverb with 1960 cab. (or greenbacks - haven't decided yet)
          Boss TU-2
          Boss SD-1
          my fake Frenchie parts mutt
my Hazard Yellow Rhodes Pro (but after i change out the EMG's for a TZ and EVo with an RS guitarworks upgrade kit).

My "tour" rig (mostly local, but have been known to trek across country) is:

BCB KV2T (stock)- drop Db tuning
            BGF KV2 (stock)- Eb tuning
KVMG (mutt - DKMG neck, roller bridge, EMG81/85) - drop A tuning
KV Pro (planet waves locking tuners and Mustaine live wire pickups)- Eb/Db backup

            Samson Airline AF1 wireless
Crappy Spider II 150W Head (till the Bugera 6262 gets here and modded)
            (was a modded 5150)
            2 - 80's Peavey 4x12 cabs loaded with celestian 12k85 speakers
            Hercules 3 way stand.

Oh yeah, and when I remember to do laundry, my Jackson tees.
Transitioning from Retired Musician from cover bands to a Full time vocalist/frontman/guitarist in an original and covers band....it's been a while and this should get NASTY!

I only have very basic stuff.

                  Peavey 6505 head

Marshall JCM 900 1960A and 1960B Stock Celestion G12T-75 speakers.

And for guitars two of the at the time, no use hauling all of them to a gig.

                  Jackson SL2H x2n/paf pro
                  Jackson RR-1 x2n/paf pro
                  Jackson Soloist Custom 1989 x2n/j-50n
                  Jackson Stars KV-custom tb-5/sh-2

Pedals: Tuner, wah, flanger, delay and Rockton hush.

I just got an older 87' model 2 with the J90C p/u in it so that and the Marshall JVM410 and 1960 300 watt cab would do it.

I am going buy to a few more Model 2's though!! I'd like to try out the Fender made Charvel San Dimas' - they look amazing!

I would take my Custom KV, a trans blue SL2H with a bare knuckle Holy Diver in the bridge, and ESP Explorer with an Alternative 8 and the Mesa Mark IIC+.

Fender doesn't make a Charvel San Dimas. Charvel makes the Charvel San Dimas.

For the pedalboard and amp situation, I would go with my usual gigging setup:

Pedalboard: Peavey ProComm wireless, ART Xtreme (distortion), Rocktek tuner, EHX Tube EQ, Rocktron Hush, Tech 21 Boost DLA

Rack: Furman PL-Tuner tuner/conditioner, Peavey Classic 50/50 power amp

Cab: Jackson 4x12 if I have plenty of space . . . or Mesa vertical 2x12 if things are tight.

It's tough to decide on guitars. Since we can tweak our set for heavier or more melodic songs depending on the gig, I usually choose the guitars best suited for the songs. For the more "brutal" material, I like Duncan Invaders, which means using my ash DR3/Dinky RVS Pro mutt and basswood JDX-94 Concept. For the more melodic songs with clean parts or lots of harmonies, I use guitars with JBs most of the time, such as one of my other Concepts or my DK2M. If it's a wide range of material, anything will do. My TH-2 Stealth has some no-name pickups that are actually quite good, and it has a very thin ash body, so it's lighter than my other guitars . . . which is better on my back for longer shows.
