Well first off. Thats a PS3T you have not a PS37. the way the truss cover was engraved is weird. They didnt do a full T. The T stands for trem. But that was the only way it was made. At least in the US anyway. The japanese Performers are better quailty woods and the bridges are better too. The pups are OK but i would swap them. The necks are nice. The fret work was better on the Japanese ones also. to tell the differance between the Korean and the Japanese is simple. The 12th fret dots on the Korean ones are far apart almost to the edge of the finger board. Also the serial starts with 10. Where as the Japanese 12th fret dots are closer together. Mor typical placement. And the serial starts with 9. Check yours out you may have a Japanese one and not realize it.

There are good ones and bad ones.
The Japanese ones are great for the most part.
The Korean ones are hit or miss, mostly miss.

An OFR will require some routing to fit it in your PS-4.
I suggest you look at a Schaller as that is what the original JT-500 trem is based on.
Same quality as an OFR, but a better fit for the PS-4 trem route.
