Whats wrong with jacksons website

Hi i have been triying to get info on the guitars on the website but every time i try it says product details not found no matter what model i try and look at,i wonder whats goin on,does anyone know

I just looked up an RR1T on the site without any problems. Could be a browser or routing problem on your end.

It does open the spec sheet in a pop-up window so make sur eyou have pop-up blockers turned off or you may not get the spec sheet window/tab.
