RR1 Questions

Help me figure a few things out about this RR1 I have.

There's a sticker on the back of the headstock and I have no idea what it means. Can someone tell me what it means, if its from the factory or if its possibly some sort of stock number from the store it was originally sold at? Here's a picture of the headstock sticker:

It's the sicker actually peeling off, it's not paint over top of it.

Could it have been sent back for repair work and this is some sort of notice to that effect?

It could be a phone number thats missing an area code and a digit. Grab your phone and enter every conceivable permutation of the number and see if you solve the mystery.

Seriously - it could have been a stock number from the store that originally sold it, but I've never seen anything like it.

I say if its been there all these years, leave it.
