      As for Pat: He's a stand up guy and a great guy from my experiances with him all be them short and few. And yes the seller is responsable for any damage encoured during shipping. When I was working at MGR we had a few guitars get broken in transit and the buyer sent them back to us. We called UPS to investigate and took it from there. But the customer was refunded the money and UPS partially reimbursed the store.

              As far as me, I AM a stand up guy, I have NO problem with telling you like it is...

              As for Newc's comments, yeh I wasn't afraid of one the premier memebers here and calling him out for whatever reason it was. I won't go into it as he's not a member here anymore and can't defend himself or speak his side, nor is it even necessary at this point...

              Point is, I am not afraid of telling it like I see it... PERIOD... And I will as soon as I get home...

                also this deal with Pat was months ago i sent hin the Floyd after i held the Check for 10 Days he just never let me know if he got the floyd or anything like that
                i can understand he was upset.
                But it seems like most of my deals this past year has gone crap.
                as far as low balling any one Chuck who have i low balled
                when i offered the price i did fo the Jake i told you to keep the pickups i did not need then.

                  The guitar got beat up in shipping and the neck cracked.

                  Now, no store would do that for you, that isn't normal procedure. I told him that he should file the claim with FedEx and have them get him a refund but he refused to comply.

                            Ok folks, here it is.... Take it or leave it, delete it, ignore it, rip it, do whatever the fukk you want to do with it, but here ya go....

                            First, let me "try" and explain the frame of mind I'm in....

                            1. My 8 week old child needs open heart surgery, maybe as soon as Monday, but tenatively, 6-2.

                            2. I fired my main guy this past Tuesday and have had to maintain 60 web server, 4 SQL servers, 4 mail servers, routers hubs, switches, etc and 3000_ clients, BY MYSELF!

                            Now, I don't want any sympathy because of my son, I was gonna post and ask the admin's to lock the post just so you guys knew what I was going through and maybe an excuse for any actions, posts, etc.

                            Ok, first off...

                            GuitarZan, you little fukkin fukk! I recived that axe, the neck was broken, I let you know about it and asked for a refund, obviously I don't want a broken guitar, so a refund was the ONLY solution to this transaction, period. I called you, your Dad assumed the conversation and I offered to take the guitar down to FedEx to expedite the claim process, this was on ME, my time! Did I have to do it? HELL NO! Why did I offer? Cause that's the kind of guy I am... Your Dad called me back, we had several conversations about the whole ordeal and in one of the initial conversations, your dad said, and I quote to the best of my recollection. "Well, you wanted the guitar, you sent the money for the guitar, we shipped you the guitar, therefore YOU OWN THE GUITAR", now if that's not some horseh!t, I don't know what is, so at that pojnt, I basically said, fukk it, I'm not going to go out of my way to make things easier for you as I previously stated, and immediately disputed the charges for the transaction at my bank, which in turn FUKKED UP my PayPal account... Now, you say "I stole" $1100 from you? **** you! I have all the pictures from that box and the damage doesn't match the box, so now I will make a public statement and say " I believe that guitar was broken before it was even shipped" you lil b!tch, you begged Brett for it, and how it was so kilelr and all of the sudden, you want to sell it a week later? FUKK U!

                            Now, that's that....

                            As far as you Sid, YES, IU was offended, actually the term I used was that I was insulted by your actions. So that's the way you do business, that's fine and I can surely understand, but I didn't expect it, and the 10 day hold, WRONG! It was more than 15 days and you assured me it'd fit the Red SL2, well pal, it doesn't so I'd like a refund, K? Don't bother man, it's not worth it! That's why I haven't answered ANY of your emails about that Dragon I made a very generous offer to obtain. And for the record guys, I offered him a BRAND NEW Uber for the V and $300 measly fukkin dollars, and I low balled him? FUKK YOU SID! May your fat stupid ass rot in the fukkin desert with the rest of the spineless *****es out there!

                            You are an insult to your self, no reason for anyone else to insult you.... And to think, I thought you were a pretty straight up guy after meeting you at NAMM, I've even gone so far as to defend you in private conversations with others, no more pal.....
