Mightt Mite SD-cut Body Question

To some of the guys more well versed in the 80's C/J production facts..

When did Grover stop cutting bodies for Mighty Mite? Is there an MM logo (they've changed it a few times) that would help identify time period of construction? I have a tele body I'm trying to identify....

Why the hell doesn't Eddie pick up a goddamned guitar and play something?
