  • Is there a Jackson Customer Service Email Address?

I have checked the site two or three times now and it is easily the most unfriendly site in terms of customer service. There is no "contact us" link, and the "support" link does anything but. TIA.

I've never known them to have an email address.

I hunted around on their website, and found [email protected]

I sent them an e-mail on March 7, which still has not been answered.

I think you'd be better off calling them. At least then you'll get a person (if calling during business hours, that is).

Don't hold your breath... I don't think that email address is even monitored.

Your best bet is to just PM McD or Bionic.

Thanks for the help guys. Actually, the number worked out and I got most of the questions answered. But I do have two that haven't been solved...

In terms of actual production numbers,

does anybody actually know how many

'92' Tribute vintage tremolos were made?
'92' Tribute Floyd-Rose Tremolos were made?
'92' Players Choice Series were made?

no, but less than the schaller floyded versions.
no, but more than the v-trem version
                          nope.

and i can bet that no one currently at jackson can tell you, either.

Sully is right. I heard back at the time that 200 of the PCS and 200 LTD's were made. Of the LTD's about 30 were vintage trem and the rest were Schaller/Floyds. Don't know if these numbers are indeed accurate. I have an LTD that is number 196 so I assume the 200 number is close to correct. BTW, I'm assuming by PCS you are refering to the Rhoads PCS and not other PCS series guitars. I bought my PCS brand new as soon as it arrived at the local dealer in 1994

It's definately monitored. I sent a mail there and got a response almost immediately.. several in fact, going back and forth about a guitar I wanted in a certain color that they no longer offer for that guitar... but for others.... Talked to a dude named Ed Treat.
