So Sully; as our resident RR specialist, are you gunna get to the bottom of this? Really, you should call 'em on it. With all the fact, pix and history you have/know you could really make an impression. That would be cool. Good God they are abusing Randy's good name really. IMO any way. Re: The original black rhoads guitar

Sully & Dave, & everyone else. I really didn't tell you guys much about myself in my introduction. I am a long time Randy Rhoads fan.( since 1981) So much so, I named my firstborn son Randy in HONOR of Randy. He shows a great deal of interest in guitar as well, which makes me proud. I'm 34 years old and have been playing guitar for 27 years. Jackson / Charvel guitars are my favorite guitars. I currently do not play in any bands due to 3 son's and a wife that works opposite shift. I do however play for my church band, and they really let me jam as much as I want to. As far as Randy goes, I like to talk about things related to him, because I think he was awesome and because of him we have a legacy of music, instruments, and a lesson in humility.

well DJROBA, wellcome (from another newbe as well). Something I like about US boards is that when ppl say they play in church, nobody posts criticising posts. In holland you are bashed out of the board (yeah, I play in such a band as well)

Well, just like the Becker at the HRC in Chicago wasn't his original, I'm sure Sandoval or Jackson made a replica for them.

Re: The original black rhoads guitar

Randy's Polka Dot V Was Yanked from the Hall because people were writing Delores Rhoads angry with the treatment/placement of the guitar (in direct sunlight - no good) so she gave them a warning to move it & then took it back because they failed to remedy the issue.

No doubt that guitfiddle is not Randy's. I wonder what the SN is on it. That would be a dead give away as to its autheticity.
