I think Ishibashi and Ikebe-Gakki ship internationally, though there might be export restrictions on certain models (IIRC Fender Japan model dealers cannot ship them here).
Best way is to find someone in Japan who wouldn't mind doing the deed for you, then ship it to you. You would end up paying the 5% tax (since the tax applies to sales inside Japan, which is what it'd be) but you're not faced with the "sorry, our dealer contract states we cannot ship this to America".I want to depart this world the same way I arrived; screaming and covered in someone else's blood
