I scored a Jackson Outcaster a few days ago off craigslist for 100$

I'd just like to know what it's actually worth

they're much like the Jackson Surfcasters

some differences are that the Outcaster has a basswood body, SCs had alder
different bridges, and the pickup switch is in a different spot.

the Outcaster was only in production for 2 years before Fender bought Jackson.

I guess SCs and OCs are too Fender-ish.

the Outcaster feels like a Dano version of a Jaguar with its body style. the mix of lipstick in the neck and HOT(!) HB in the bridge give it some Tele - like sounds.

I'm pretty pleased.

so, I know I got a good deal only paying 100$ ... I'm just wondering if I got a

SUPERZOMFG...kinda deal.

that ones been on ebay for a LONG time.
the seller actually had around 12 different Charvel and Jackson Surfcasters hollow and solid bodies and every different pickup combo you can think of.

guess thats his last one.

maybe I should ask that guy what my Outcaster is worth
