I got the second one right off, but the first one is not long enough. Sounds like anyone here coulda done it
C'mon, gives us a bit more - something besides guitar alone like the second one

Well, I'm out of the running. I don't know what either of them are! I'm probably too young to know those artists/songs, anyways!
Ok, I downloaded the 1st one onto my desktop (better speakers), and it sounds a BIT more familiar, though if you loop it, it sounds like Billy Squire's "My Kind Of Lover"
I know he didn't use a Charvel or Jackson, and even if he did, he's not popular enough around here to warrant this kind of publicity

2nd, no prob but the first one sounds like someone who never played Jackson, just Gibson V's and Hammer Californians.
The first one played another well know guitar. Not Hamers but he did use Gibsons.

Actually the way this will work is each week an admin picks 2. Next week is Sully then Jeremy then Greg .. Sully has already given me an idea of his picks and I gotta say .. .you guys have your work cut out for ya ....
And yepp ..It really is all about tone..
BTW guys to keep it fun and honest ..please dont give away your answers ...
If it's all about tone, and the files are going to be that small/short, then I suggest doing them in an uncompressed format, as MP3 compression futzes with the sound.
