looking for pics of charvel strats from the 80's. I had one with a kahler trem and active jackson pickups. does anyone know what model that was. i would love to buy a used on ebay. those jackson active pickups were sick!!! oh and the fretboard had white dot inlays and the neck was very thin like super satin finish no paint on the back of the neck. pickups were humbucker and two single coils. help me please. pics would be nice.

Sounds like a 1986 Model 4. By '87 they were using the JT-6 trems and added sharks to the fingerboards. The pickups weren't active, but they were wired to an active circuit. Here's a pic of one from that era:
