Strat body + Jimi's initials + reversed single coil layout at the bridge + reversed (ugly as sin) headstock = new Jimi Hendrix model.

Locking trem (see nut shelf) + maple fretboard + pointy-style (ugly as sin) headstock = Jackson / Charvel-styled ripoff.

That is a pic of the Jimi sig that they announced recently.

I actually think the guitar is kinda cool looking. Just think that it's a strat with a different headstock.

So Jackson should have FB's and Explorers getting ready to ship. IMO.
