basically when you go to a store and buy a can which is labeled as chopped tomatoes but when you open it there's toxic dog turd sauce or something else inside... the company should be responsible because they LIED about what they sell... or it can be chopped tomatoes but it also includes a lot of chemicals which aren't marked on the can... again lying about what the product is and may cause someone's illness or death.

When Gibson is going to advertise this as authentic hendrix. They are lying. I mean anyone who believes it is an idiot anyway but that doesn't mean the company can sell something and say it's something that it really isn't.

Authentic Hendrix is the LLC that the family owns. It's a gimmick name the family came up with for merchandising and licensing things.
Gibson isn't saying this is or was something JMH played but a guitar that the Hendrix family aka Authentic Hendrix LLC is merchandising in cooperation and under agreement with Gibson.
