Yep. After a wee bit of reserach it looks like a Kramer Pacer Imperial reissue.

I'm not amazed by those colours but its a custom paint job away from being a sick axe.
I had thought about picking up a Charvel USA production model at some point but this would make me think twice.

I just acquired an '84 focus about a month ago and I have a hard time putting it down. Best thing is I picked it up for $100. From what I understand, the pacer and the focus are the same thing. In the early 80's, Kramer had excess parts for the Pacers and weren't meeting the demands being a USA made guitars. So, they used the excess parts and made a Japanese version and sold it for a lower cost, thus, we get the Focus. But, VK can't validate that story. I think the earlier models had the Schallers and then they eventually made the transition to Duncans, but like somebody said I don't think they were JBs. Gary Kramer is making guitars again, but he giving a lot of them a retro look which really isn't my thing. He's got a new model called a russian roulette that's pretty badass. I'm looking into buying one.

Yeah, I like the look of the Russian Roulette. Pretty good spec for the money if you buy it direct.
