Fender Jaguar Bass

Hi all, I've been diggin' the Fender Jaguar bass and was wondering if anyone here has thoughts about it, is it Mexican or Japan made?

I think Jaguar basses have been made both in Japan and Mexico.

I've only tried one in a music store, didn't really gel with it. Seemed a bit more neck heavy than other Fender basses and the body shape just didn't feel very comfortable.

They look great, I'll give'em that.
