Oh belive me, I'm still very fuckin pissed off. I even spoke to a douche on the phone claiming to be Ed Roman about it and asked him several times politely to not build or advertise my design. It's exclusive to Jackson. I don't want anyone's logo on it except Jackson. Not Gibson, not Fender, not Ran, not GMW, not Charvel - JACKSON.

But he's a fucking idiot who can't understand a simple concept like that, so he says "Jackson doesn't care about protecting one-offs and Custom Shop stuff", to which Jackson has stated "bullshit".


I seriously hope Ed Roman dies very soon, very slowly, and very painfully, and I hope everything he owns burns to ashes at the same time. If I found a Genie in a bottle, that'd be my first wish.


And I truly wish people would stop going to his fucking shop and posting pictures of it here. How hard is it to avoid the fucking moron? Is the word simply not being spread that he's a fucking douche and should be avoided?

The Abstract Viper V is especially funny to me. Because it's an EXACT replica of the ESP (USA market) Alexi Laiho model, which was actually changed slightly (longer lower horn) to make it look "legally different" than Jackson's RR models.

I think the real problem people have with Ed Roman is A. The guy is a complete dick. B. He makes these grandiose claims about his "custom shop" being able to make any guitar "better than" the model it's based off of. C. He will charge you FOR EVERYTHING. Say you want to buy some picks and strings along with your new $5k "guitar"? Ed Roman will charge you full list price for both the strings and the picks, and probably hike up the shipping charge too. D. His "guitars" suck. Even the guitars he sells from legit brands are suspicious based on his past dealings, and even if they are actually what he claims them to be, he is basically selling AT MSRP. Basically, the guy is a douche.
