I bought a killer Warmoth neck with stainless frets and Planet Waves, Fender body and Warmoth pickguard. I'll put a Dimarzio in it soon, put in a JB for now. Plays amazing, gonna bring it to the gig tonite.

Before I left the house I tossed a Norton in her, sounded real good. Played and sounded great, used it all night til I broke a D string in the 3rd set. Why the black painted head stock though? I would've left it maple. Eventually a nice logo would be good, but leave it plain maple for now. Just my opinon of course...I hooked up my accelerator pedal in my car to my brake lights. I hit the gas, people behind me stop, and I'm gone.Comment

I hear ya, I bought it used so that's what I get. I think it goes with the plastic and the outer edge of the body though, I'm cool with it.
